the entire UW Honors Staff
Thank you for walking me through this journey. You have opened your offices to me. You have opened your knowledge base and your connections to me. You have given me encouragement, guidance, and realness when I needed them. You have always supported and validated my path.
Having the privilege to learn from and through you has made this undergraduate experience as fulfilling, meaningful, and challenging as it possibly could be.
Thank you, from the depths of my soul & the crannies of my neurosynapses.
And moreover, my deepest gratitude for the financial support provided through the Honors Program.

TO MY PRODUCERS: my parents
It is still unclear how you survived my teenage years. I commend your strength.
I know that I am at the UW and as successful as I am because you demanded excellence of me. I know that I am confident in myself because you showed me what it meant to be loved and supported and respected. Dad. Thank you for showing me honesty, humor, and critical thought. I have always aspired to be as intelligent as you are. Also thanks for supporting Shreddy Freddy (my ski alter ego). Mom, thank you for showing me love, authenticity, and dedication. I have tried to make a home for others in the same way you created one for us and all the people who love you. |
to my loves
An endless thank you to the people who have joined me on this wild wild adventure and let me be the protagonist, antagonist, and background character all at the same time. There have been many bags of chips eaten, many tears shed, and an absurd amount of caffeine consumed in your company.
I could not imagine a life without you.
I could not imagine a life without you.
TO THE MAN, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND
An extremely special thank you to Yo Yo Ma, who was the background music to an absolutely absurd number of hours staring at subject material.
I have listened to the Unaccompanied Cello Suites so many times it's actually embarrassing. I promise I'm not that pretentious. But on a more serious note, when Spotify tells you that your artist of the decade is Yo Yo Ma, it's time to get out more... |
